Healthy RecipesQuite often patients will approach us and ask us what we eat. Luckily, Piro Clinic is staffed with a group that loves to cook! Below are some of our favorite recipes. We are proponents of clean ingredients - organic, natural, cage-free, grass-fed, wild caught, etc. Though the recipes do not include these modifiers, please know that these are the quality of ingredients that we highly recommend!
Brittany's Beet Salad
Stacy's Black Bean Hummus * 2 TBSP fresh lime juice * 1/2 - 1 full bunch fresh cilantro (or to taste) * 1-2 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
